A David Beckham wannabe who spent £33,000 on plastic surgery to look like the footballer has revealed she plans to have a sex change to look like Posh Spice.

Jack Johnson, who now identifies as a woman, said she loves the former Spice Girl's fashion and want to look like her twin.

The 22-year-old, from Kimberley, Nottinghamshire, said she's willing to spend £18,000 for the surgery needed to transform her into Victoria Beckham.

She plans to change her name by deed poll to Victoria and get a boob job and face lift.

Jack told Nottinghamshire Live : 'I love Victoria's fashion so much I have even brought her high heels which I saved up out my benefit money.

'I love her face and body everything about her and I'm going to look like her twin when I'm done.

'I first realised I was different to everyone else when I was about four because I always played with girls' toys and played with the girls.'

'Now I can start to be the real me,' she added.
