Former MP S RajendranAll India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) leader and Member of Parliament S Rajendran, 62, died in a car accident Saturday morning. Rajendran was elected from Villupuram in Tamil Nadu to the Lok Sabha in 2014.
The accident took place at around 5 am Saturday morning in Villupuram district’s Tindivanam.
Rajendran was a graduate from the University of Madras with a Bachelors degree in Tamil Literature. After being elected into the House, he served as a member of the Standing Committee on Chemicals and Fertilizers and the Consultative Committee for the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
