Asahi Songwon Colors has planned a shutdown of its CPC Crude Blue Plant at Padra, Vadodara, Gujarat, from February 24 to carry out periodic maintenance. The shutdown is expected to last till March 7. The company expects the shutdown to affect CPC Crude Blue production for the quarter ending March 2019. Shares of Asahi Songwon jumped 8.6 per cent at ₹155.10 on the BSE.
