The project will be the largest in Wyoming, developer Tate Bauman of 307 Land Development, said in a press release.
The work on the 150-bed 307 Hotel, Convention and Event Center Complex will start this fall, he said, and be complete by the summer of 2021.
The project will include an entertainment complex and restaurant, Bauman said.
The complex will be part of the 2,350-acre Sweetgrass mixed-use development, adjacent to Laramie County Community College, Bauman said.
He plans to work with the college to offer hospitality career training and employment for students, he said.
