Spudshed scuffle: Two men fined after Mandurah brawl caught on camera
The two men involved in a brawl at a supermarket south of Perth have been fined over the fight.
Footage of the scuffle at Spudshed in Mandurah on Saturday, February 9, shows the two men wrestling and falling to the ground near the frozen food section.
Witness Tayla McLeod posted the video to social media, in which a Spudshed employee can be seen trying to pull the two men off each other while shoppers watched on in stunned amazement.
As a result of the footage, Mandurah police Senior Sergeant Darren Hart said a 53-year-old Dudley Park man and a 28-year-old Waroona man had each been issued with a $500 infringement.
Senior Sergeant Hart said he was not sure if the pair knew each other prior to the argument.
"We don't tolerate that sort of behaviour," he said.
"If you are going to behave that way in Mandurah you can expect to be dealt with."
