AGRA: Threatening to forcibly remove Kashmiri students from the AMU campus, the Akhand Bharat Hindu Sena (ABHS) has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding that the AMU should stop admitting students from Kashmir, besides expelling all the existing students from the valley in view of the recent Pulwama terror attack.

The outfit's president, Deepak Sharma Azad, said, “After the dastardly Pulwama attack on February 14, a Kashmiri student in AMU had hailed the attack on his Twitter account. The student was suspended by the university and booked by the police under relevant sections of IPC. However, he has not been arrested so far.”

“It is shameful that such people are being allowed to study here. This is not the first time that Kashmiri students have indulged in anti-national activities,” he said.

Recalling the previous incident when Kashmiri students had tried to offer Namaz-e-janaza following the killing of AMU research scholar-turned-terrorist Mannan Wani in Kashmir by the Army, he said, “If Kashmiris have so much affection for these terrorists, then there is no need for them to study here.”
