The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear a plea seeking the review of its verdict in the Rafale deal.
This comes after advocate Prashant Bhushan asked the SC to hear the petition seeking review of its judgement on the deal.
Bhushan had filed the petition against the December 2018 order which had cleared the deal.
He had also mentioned the application seeking perjury proceedings against the Attorney General for misleading the Court.
Bhushan had informed the Chief Justice of India (CJI) that even the center's application is ready for hearing.
While agreeing to hear the plea, CJI Ranjan Gogoi said, "Will do something for the listing of the case as a bench is to be constituted for it."
The Court also said that the hearing has to be by the bench which passed the earlier order.
