Students and faculty members of Andhra Medical College on Wednesday paid tributes in the form of songs and verses (Swara Nivali) to CRPF personnel who were martyred in a terrorist attack in Pulwama on February 14.
The programme was organised by Dr. B. Murali Krishna, professor of anaesthesiology, Dr. R. Venkatachalam, professor of cardiology, Dr. N.A.V.S.K. Ravi Kumar, associate professor of medicine and Dr. C. Siva Kalyani, associate professor of microbiology. It was led by Dr. P.V. Sudhakar, Principal, Andhra Medical College, and Dr. G. Arjuna, Superintendent of KGH.
Dr. Sudhakar said that it was being planned to collect donations for the ‘Bharat Ke Veer: India’s Brave Hearts’ fund.
