Railway division of Pune celebrates Shiv Jayanti

Pune: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti was celebrated at all stations of the Pune railway division. A large number of officials, employees, staffers, passengers’ organisations and passengers took part in the rally. 

On the occasion, special programmes were organised at Pune Junction, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Miraj, Karad, Baramati, Shivajinagar and Talegaon station. 

Newly appointed Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Sunil Mishra garlanded the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. On this occasion, Station Director AK Pathak, employees and passengers were present including Manoj Kumar Jhawar, Spokesperson of Pune Railway Division and Assistant Personnel Officer Sunil Thakur.

The passengers organisation representatives, railway employees and passengers celebrated Shiv Jayanti at Kolhapur station. In other program at Miraj, Talegaon, Shivajinagar, Sangli and Satara station large number of passengers and employees were present.
