As announced 11 December 2018 (Company Announcement No 12/2018), Santa Fe Group A/S had scheduled the Annual Report for 2018 to be released on 1 March 2019. As the negotiations towards a binding agreement for the sale of our Immigration Business have not yet been concluded (Company Announcement No 11/218), the Santa Fe Group A/S has decided to postpone the release of the Annual Report 2018 to 28 March 2019.
As a consequence of the above, the Annual General Meeting has also been re-scheduled and will now be held on 29 April 2019.
The amended Financial Calendar 2019 is hereafter as follows:

Shareholders, who wish to submit a proposal for specific subject to be included in the agenda for the Annual General Meeting 29 April 2019, must submit a requisition in writing to the Board of Directors no later than Friday 15 March 2019.
