The Meizu Note 9 had been approved by TENAA recently. Prior to that, we had learnt from industry sources that the smartphone will launch likely in March. Meizu has now confirmed the launch date as March 6 through its Weibo account. Though the poster does not reveal any detail other than the launch date, the design is sureshot confirmed through its TENAA appearance. The handset will come with a waterdrop-notched screen.

The Meizu Note 9 will be equipped with a Full HD+ display flaunting it in a screen size of 6.2 inches. The device will run Flyme UI based on Android 9 Pie OS, fed by the Snapdragon 675 SoC processor and 6GB RAM. The Note 9 will be equipped with internal storage of 64GB with no availability for external storage.

It will come with a 20-megapixel camera at the front notch and dual camera setup at the rear including a 48-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL Bright G1 Sensor sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The Meizu Note 9 will be provided with 4,000 mAh battery and it is expected that similar to Note 8, it will also feature 18W mCharge for fast charging.

According to the reports, Meizu Note 9 will come with a price of around 999 Yuan (Approx. Rs 10,600) is likely to be a tough competitor for Redmi Note 7 in the market. Interestingly, the Redmi Note 7 also features the same primary camera sensor as this one.
