"Happy birthday my angel," Keleigh Sperry captioned a photo post of herself and fiancé Miles Teller enjoying a romantic dinner date as the actor turned 32
Miles Teller celebrated his birthday this year with his best gal by his side.
The actor turned 32 on Wednesday, prompting a sweet tribute from his fiancée Keleigh Sperry, who shared a photo slideshow showing the couple smiling at the end of a romantic dinner.
In the first snapshot, the engaged pair flash smiles at the camera, their faces illuminated in the glow of the candles that accompany a dessert plate on the table in front of them — featuring a “Happy Birthday” message, written in chocolate.
Teller and Sperry, 26, share a smooch in the second picture, with the Top Gun: Maverick actor wrapping a hand around the model’s shoulder as the latter leans in for the affectionate gesture.
“Happy birthday my angel❤️” Sperry captioned her post.
Teller proposed to his longtime girlfriend while on a safari in August 2017. The duo — who began dating in 2013 — were vacationing in the Seychelles before heading to South Africa.
The engaged pair opened up to PEOPLE in an exclusive interview that October, with the Whiplash star and his fiancée calling the proposal a “perfect” event after which Sperry said yes right away.
“He really thought about every detail and was so nervous!” she told PEOPLE at the time.
As of that month, the couple were in the early stages of wedding planning. “We definitely want something smaller and intimate,” said the bride-to-be. “But I’m the last of six kids, so nothing is ever actually small!”

The two previously attended the 2016 Met Gala together, making heads turn, as well as the 2016 MTV Movie Awards, where they shared a kiss while posing for the cameras.
Teller explained to PEOPLE in October 2017 that he and Sperry “just clicked” after meeting at a 2013 Grammy after party. “I told my buddy, ‘I think I’m going to be with this girl for a long time,’ ” he said.
