Samsung\'s $2\,000 foldable phone

Samsung is realising a folding smart phone - the Galaxy Fold - in April.

It will work with 5G networks and cost almost $2,000.

It will also have specially designed aps that fit the new display.

Your iPhone can only run one at a time, so, you know, having true multitasking functionality is a really nice benefit there, and really just, again, that the design is really unique, and that comes a time when, you know, most of our phones are pretty boring-looking, and they're all they're all kind of rectangular slabs." Along with the folding phone, Samsung also updated its decade-old Galaxy line, adding an edge-to-edge screen, new cameras, and a 5G version.

The company is still the global smartphone market leader with about 19 percent share.

Huawei and Apple are vying for second place, with about 13 and 12 percent respectively.
