'I'd jump through hoops for you!' Very agile gymnast leaps backwards 6ft into the air and through a hoop his friend is balancing on his face
- A giant red plastic hoop is balanced on one man's face for almost seven seconds
- His friend bounds into the shot and leaps into a back flip 6ft into the air
- The hoop stays perfectly balanced as he seamlessly glides through
For most people performing a back flip is a step too far.
But for these enthusiastic gymnasts why just perform a back flip when you can do a back flip through a hoop balancing precariously on someone else's face.
In this incredible video a man balances a huge red plastic hoop on his forehead.
And two seconds into the seven second clip another man bounds into the frame.
The fast paced jump dramatically slows as he seamlessly leaps a metre into the air.
He does not even touch the hoop as he gracefully glides through the air above his friend's head.
The red hoop does not seem to move as it continues to balance six feet in the air.
The back flip ends abruptly as the video is sped back up and the group begin to celebrate the impressive stunt.
With the excitement his friend who is balancing the hoop loses concentration and it falls.
The woman videoing the stunt can be heard congratulating the gymnast with an enthusiastic 'yeah'.
