FALL RIVER — A 31-year-old city man is charged with stalking and making terroristic threats after posting a variety of threats on Facebook, according to police.
Police allege that Joseph Anctil, 31, of Plain Street, threatened to make bombs and “blow up the city car by car,” according to Detective John Robinson.
Anctil allegedly further threatened to buy a gun and kill the receptionist of the employment agency that helped him get a job at a city business, a job he’d been fired from, Robinson said.
Robinson said he specifically threatened to strangle the receptionist in a back room, knowing that she worked alone.
Anctil was arrested at his home on Monday.
