The 15th Finance Commission led by Chairman Nand Kishore Singh visited the historic Charminar and Falaknuma Palace on Monday.

Through a photo exhibition GHMC Commissioner M. Dana Kishore explained about Charminar Pedestrianisation Project and Musi beautification project, taken up with a cost of ₹35 crore. The delegates also tasted the famous Irani Chai of Hyderabad, a press release informed. Later on, the team visited the Falaknuma Palace where the Director and officials of the Tourism explained about importance of the structure. MD, Tourism Development Corporation Manohar, additional commissioners Sruthi Ojha and Srinivas and others heads of the departments participated in the visit.
