Too much info is jarring, Delhi metro to cut down on announcements

Too much info
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been getting passenger feedback that the audio announcements on board trains on the Magenta Line (Janakpuri West-Botanical Garden) are repetitive and a tad annoying.
Based on the feedback, DMRC has decided to axe the number of announcements by 80%, and the corporation may regulate announcements on the Pink Line (Majlis Park-Shiv Vihar) as well.
