NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal will visit Puducherry today to express solidarity with his counterpart V Narayanasamy. Kejriwal will be accompanied by deputy CM Manish Sisodiya. The Puducherry CM's sit-in protest against LG Kiran Bedi has entered sixth day on Monday.
Aam Aadmi Party on Sunday put out a tweet on their official handle saying, "Be it Delhi or Puducherry, tyranny of the unelected over the elected is unacceptable in democracy. Our stand won't change from state to state. Delhi CM @ArvindKejriwal and Dy CM @msisodia to visit Puducherry tomorrow in support of Puducherry CM @VNarayanasami"(sic).
Both Kejriwal and Narayanasamy are regularly at loggerheads with the LGs of Delhi and Puducherry respectively.
