Ludhiana, February 18, 2019: Former Minister Punjab & Former State President B.J.P Punjab Mr Manoranjan Kalia termed the 2nd Financial Budget 2019-20 of Capt Amriender Singh Government an " Empty Budget " in which mostly the schemes of Modi Government allocated to Punjab has been re-packaged in this Budget . The said Budget is silent about the most of the promises made in the Congress Election Manifesto 2017 like giving of smart Phones to the Youth , Unemployment Allowance etc . The Congress had promised for providing Five Lack Jobs to the Youths in the Election Manifesto . It means during Two Years of Congress regime Two Lack Youths should have been employed but in the Budget speech Finance Minister has admitted that the Government has given employment to 46,659 Youths . The difference in Petrol in comparison to Haryana is of Rs 7-50 Paisa per Liter but the Capt Government has reduced to Rs 5-00 Per Liter only . The Electricity rates for Domestic Consumers in Haryana is much cheaper in comparison to that of Punjab . The parity should have been brought in the domestic rates of Electricity in Punjab with Haryana .
