The first property up for sale was purchased by 26-year-old Seebohm almost seven-years ago for around half a million dollars, and she has since rented the residence out for just $620 a week.

It's believed to be about $77 a week less than the median rent price in the area, according to CoreLogic.

However, many would have thought the pair would have sold the only home the former couple jointly owned.

It was assumed the four-bedroom property in Hendra, which the Olympic swimmers bought together two-years ago, would have been the first up for sale, as it was where the couple were living when their public split was first announced.

According to the listing on realestate.com.au, the property is 'perfect for a young family or someone not wanting internal [or] external stairs.'

The listing also added that the low set brick home, which was built in 1998, would be attractive to buyers not wanting the 'ongoing maintenance expenditure' that comes with owning a timber home.

The other four-bedroom property in the couple's portfolio, purchased solely by 25-year-old Larkin four-years-ago, has also not been put up for sale.
