After winning the Assembly elections, the complete focus of the Congress has now become centered on the Lok Sabha elections. Chief Minister Kamal Nath has now taken over the command of the state election. Every night he is considering names for two Lok Sabha seats in CM House. His goal behind this is to increase the seats of the Congress by wresting the 27 seats from BJP.
CM’s full attention is also on those seats where Congress loses the election. For this, he has created a special strategy, under which there is serious consideration for the Congress leaders who have won in the past but were later marginalized.
His eyes are on Tikamgarh, Sagar and Damoh Lok Sabha seats in Bundelkhand. The name of former Sagar MP Anand Ahirwar is also included in this. Former IAS Shashi Kanchan can also take the field from CM Sagar or Tikamgarh. Shashi Karnavat had also made public relations in the Niwadi area ofTikamgarh last day.
In addition to Anand Ahirwar from the Sagar seat, there are also the names of Prabhu Singh Thakur and Arunoday Choubey. The Congress has had to make a lot of headway in deciding the name of this seat.
With the announcement of re-contesting Prahlad Patel from Damoh constituency, Congress may have to get a strong candidate. There is also a lot of talk of industrialist Naresh Chandra Jain from the Sagar-Damoh constituency.

Former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh has surrounded the Congress government on the incidents of kidnapping in the state. Expressing concern over the incidents of child kidnapping, he said that this is a serious matter. The government should pay attention to public safety instead of the transfer process. The culprits in the Congress government have become unruly – first murder and now kidnapping!
