Eerie footage of an unexplained bright blue light appearing in the sky has led some to believe it could be evidence of a UFO.
The dark sky suddenly shone with a distant light that glowed across both lanes of the road.
The footage was captured on the A55 in north Wales by a member of the National Police Air Service.
The video shows the dual carriageway with motorists travelling in the early hours with their headlights on.
Suddenly, a blue light emanating from the distance stretches across the sky and briefly illuminates the A55.
The road near Northop in North Wales then fades to black as the morning commuters continue on their journey.
A UFO investigator thinks the light could be from an alien life form.
Russ Kellett believes there is an underground alien base in North Wales.
He told North Wales Live: 'I think the light is probably connected to the underground base.

'I don't know what it was, but it could have been a UFO that came down, something that landed in the area or even something that was brought to the area.
'It could be a precursor that something else is about to happen.'
The source of the light is still unknown with others suggesting it could be a natural phenomenon like lightning.
But that won't stop believers who are convinced it is the latest sighting of life from beyond Earth.
