Solidifying its position as the leading provider for meetings and events spaces for healthcare organisations, the brand’s key properties* in London, Leeds and Nottingham have completed a rigorous assessment and training programme by independent consultants, Healthcare Venues, to ensure that each hotel’s meetings and events offering aligns to the needs of the industry’s regulatory code.
The assessment and training programme comes ahead of the brand’s attendance at the Healthcare Events Forum in Malmo, Sweden next month and has allowed Park Plaza® to continue to tailor its meetings offer to the increasingly complex regulatory codes, which provide guidance on the interactions between commercial companies and healthcare professionals and organisations.
Each assessed and trained Park Plaza® hotel will be able to engage more effectively with clients, providing bookers with an open-source compliance risk assessment and a trained Venue Healthcare Champion on site to support with their compliance needs. Sector aligned proposals and packages for clients working in the healthcare meetings and events industry will also be available.
