Artillery Centre, Hyderabad, held an attestation parade for recruits on completion of a year-long basic and advanced military training at Golconda on Saturday. The passing-out parade for 388 recruits was reviewed by Major General N. Srinivas Rao, General Officer Commanding, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area, and Colonel Commandant of Regiment of Artillery.
Hehanded over medals to the best performing recruits in drill, physical training, and weapon training disciplines. The medal for Overall Best Recruit was given to recruit/Gunner Jagjeet Singh. Maj. Gen. Rao also laid a wreath at the War Memorial of Artillery Centre and paid tributes to martyred soldiers.
