Mercedes S-Class By Hofele Is A Unique Maybach Wannabe

Hofele has unveiled a new one-off project, based on the latest Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Called the ‘Ultimate S’, the “limited edition 1 of 1”, as the Germany-based company calls it, adds a number of exclusive features that could trick someone into thinking they’re looking at a genuine Maybach.

The most striking design element is the Maybach-inspired grille. Nonetheless, this unique S-Class gets bumper revisions as well, chrome-plated elements and a very special dual tone exterior that combines Obsidian Black with Tiffany Gold. The tuner’s logo replaces the traditional three-pointed star badges and the car gracefully rides on a set of multi-spoke rims with a silver look.

The interior of the Ultimate S has been enhanced by the bi-color leather upholstery, with the Hofele logo embossed into the headrests, and different floor mats. Elsewhere, the car features the usual luxury and comfort amenities worthy of the luxo-barge model, including ambient lighting, sunroof, memory seats with massage function, a premium sound system and the gigantic dual-screen layout, to mention just a few.

Hofele’s tuned vehicles aren’t about massive levels of power, and they didn’t announce anything else about this S-Class at the time of writing. Thus, we’re inclined to say that it doesn’t have any technical revisions and, between us, no S-Class model is in dire need of a power boost, especially this latest iteration.
