Leadership meet to harness human potential

Vadodara: To celebrate its fifth anniversary, HR Milestone, a trust formed by HR professionals, is organising a leadership conclave on Saturday. The speakers at the event, titled ‘Leadership Conclave 2019 - Harnessing Human Potential’, include spiritual leader Brahmvihari Swami, P S Rathore, Radhakrishnan Pillai, Anand Pillai, Nandkishore Chaudhari and Dr Heena Shah. Rathore will give a live demonstration at the event to show how each individual has the potential to follow the path of leadership. While Radhakrishnan Pillai will explain how to enrich leadership through ‘Chanakyaniti’, Anand Pillai will deliver his lecture on management principles.
Nandkishore Chaudhari’s firm brought 40,000 women from a single village together to make carpets, while Dr Shah developed leadership skills among one lakh women through entrepreneurship training. founder member of HR Milestone, Dr Haresh Chaturvedi, said that the purpose of the conclave is to provide a stage to the citizens to come forward for developing leadership skills. “The ‘human’ in ‘human resources’ is disappearing and needs to be revived,” he added.tnn
