Samsung Galaxy S10+ 12GB RAM and 1TB storage variant appears on Geekbench and AnTuTu

“Renders of Samsung Galaxy S10+ variant with Luxurious Ceramic White colour have also been leaked”

The Samsung Galaxy S10+ top-end variant has previously been rumoured to come with as much as 12GB of RAM and 1TB internal storage. This variant has now found its way to benchmarking platforms Geekbench and AnTuTu. To add to the industry-leading hardware, the Galaxy S10+ top-end variant is also said to have a premium look, with ceramic as the material of choice for the back panel. We have previously seen the Ceramic Black colour in a leaked render, and now it is the turn of the Luxurious Ceramic White option to make its way online.

A Samsung Galaxy S10+ variant carrying model number SM-G975F has appeared on Geekbench. This smartphone is shown with a 1.95GHz octa-core processor and 12GB of RAM, running Android 9. It achieves a single-core score of 4450 and multi-core score of 9753, which is surprising as last year’s iPhone XS Max achieved better numbers for both single- and multi-core performance.

Similarly, on AnTuTu the Samsung SM-G975F smartphone has appeared with 12GB of RAM and 1TB internal storage. This variant is shown running Exynos 9820 SoC and Mali-G76 GPU and featuring 1,080 x 2,280 pixel resolution. It has achieved a score of 326185, which is again lower than what iPhone XS Max scored (363525). Considering the sheer amount of memory and processing powers leveraged by the Exynos 9820 chipset, such scores don’t augur well for the Samsung flagship ahead of its launch.

Moving on to the newly leaked colour, we also have our first look at the Luxurious Ceramic White finish of this variant thanks to tipster Ishan Agarwal. We can see the Luxurious Ceramic White colour option next to the model with the Prism White back. The rear casing is familiar to what we have seen previously and does not have a gradient finish. Instead, the dull sheen of ceramic is visible on the ceramic white option. Expected price for this model is said to be well over $1,700 (approximately Rs 1.2 lakh).
