Bhelke’s all-round show steers Wordwiz to win

Pune: Santosh Bhelke’s all-round performance fashioned Wordwiz’s 28-run win over Fashion Fighters, while it was Kamlesh Mutha’s 32 not out that helped Lifesavers to five-run win over Mechatronic on the third day of the Federation Premier League 2019 Cricket tournament organised by the Federation of Trade Associations of Pune at the Katariya High School Ground in Mukundnagar.

Bhelke fired 53 runs and Prafulla Mankar scored 33 as Wordwiz posted 118 for 5 in the allotted 10 overs and then he returned with the ball to take two wickets to restrict Fashion Fighters to 90 for 7.

Meanwhile Lifesavers scored 87 runs for the loss of five wickets in 10 overs. Apart from Mutha’s 32, Ganesh Salunkhe chipped in with 25 runs.

Chasing the required target, the Mechatronic boys managed to score 82 runs for the loss of six wickets in 10 overs.
