Railways have diverted some express trains that commenced journey from here on Wednesday due to the Gujjar sir in Rajasthan. Train 12483 Kochuveli-Amritsar express will run via Panvel, Kalyan Junction and Nasik Road, and 22633 Thiruvananthapuram Central- Hazrat Nizamuddin express via Bhusaval Junction, Khandwa Junction and Bhopal Junction.
Train 22655 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Hazrat Nizamuddin Weekly Express will run on the diverted route via Panvel, Kalyan Junction, Nasik Road, Bhusaval Junction, Bhopal, Bina, and further via Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur, and Rewari. 12218 Chandigarh-Kochuveli Kerala Sampark Kranti Express of February 13 was cancelled.
MEMU cancelled
Owing to operational reasons, 66308 Kollam-Ernakulam Junction MEMU via Kottayam and 66309 Ernakulam-Kollam MEMU via Alappuzha on February 14 have been diverted.
