A 34-year-old man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy he met on gay dating app Grindr.
The 34-year-old man allegedly went to the home of a 13-year-old boy in Killarney Heights, on Sydney's northern beaches, on Wednesday, a day after the pair met on social media.
After arriving, he allegedly sexually assaulted the boy and then left.

Police were called and the boy was taken to Randwick Children's Hospital for treatment.
The man was arrested on Thursday evening and charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16 and the use of a carriage service to procure under 16 years for sexual activity.
He was refused bail to appear at Burwood Local Court on Friday.
