DUBAI: Saudi Aramco and Total signed an agreement on Thursday to develop a network of retail fuel service stations in Saudi Arabia, the firms said in a joint statement.

"The 50:50 joint venture plans to invest around $1 billion over the next six years in the Saudi retail fuel market," the statement said.
