According the recent news reports, the walk-through park will have miniscule models, which will be built at the main location on Mysuru-Bengaluru national highway. The said highway has been selected as its pretty closer to Mysore, and will permit visitors to identify them quickly. Also, tourists can visit the said park, and get an evidence of what to slot in their travel itinerary.

The park will probably have hand-crafted models of various tourist destinations, like the famous Chamundi Hills, Mysore Palace, Brindavan Gardens, Mysore Zoo,, and much more. Deputy Director from Mysore Tourism Department explained that this miniature park will act both as an information centre as well as a tourist attraction. One of the main purposes for building such a park is to imbibe innovativeness into tourism, and also render support to the tourists to extend their stay here.

Also, to promote tourism and draw more tourists, nightlife in this region will at the same time be encouraged. It is anticipated that this will not only generate revenue for the sector, but will also encourage people to stay longer.

Besides, the Tourism Department is planning to partner with the Sericulture Department to develop a Sericulture Museum, which will take the visitors on a tour through the entire process the way fabric is produced from silkworms and turned into beautiful silk products.
