The Times has traced a former London schoolgirl who travelled to Syria to join the Islamic State group, in a refugee camp. Shamima Begum, 19, who was one of three pupils from Bethnal Green to leave for Syria in 2015, has told the paper she now wants to return to the UK.

However its lead story focuses on Labour, reporting that the party faces up to 10 resignations from its front bench if Jeremy Corbyn fails to back another referendum.

The Financial Times leads on an interview with Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who has said that his country is already benefitting from businesses relocating from a "diminished" Britain, warning that a "devastating" no-deal Brexit would badly damage the UK economy. He has told the paper another 250 businesses are also "close" to moving their offices and staff from the UK to the Netherlands.

The Metro leads on the news that the murders of three men in their 80s in Exeter - two of whom are believed to have been twins - have been linked because of the "significant levels" of their injuries. The paper says fears have been raised that the killer has been targeting pensioners and police have urged residents to check on elderly neighbours.

World Cup-winning goalkeeper Gordon Banks missed out on a knighthood because officials lost nomination papers sent three years ago, according to the Mirror. The paper reports that friends said he was being considered for the award but it can't be awarded posthumously.

Britain's most senior family court judge is calling for a government review into transgender men's ability to access fertility treatment, the Daily Telegraph reports. The papers says Sir Andrew McFarlane, the president of the Family Division of the High Court, voiced his concern after hearing the case of a transgender man who was able to access a sperm donor 10 days after legally completing his transition.

The Express says there is "fresh hope" for Britain's cystic fibrosis sufferers of getting what it calls a "life-saving drug" - Orkambi. The paper says Heath Secretary Matt Hancock and US drug manufacturer Vertex have agreed to resume talks on a deal to break the deadlock over the cost of the medicine.
