A Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on acquisitions in Indian Air Force, tabled in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, reportedly said that the Rafale fighter jet deal signed by NDA govt was 2.86 per cent lower than the price negotiated by UPA government.
