And now Married at First Sight's Lauren Huntriss has revealed her 'crippling' battle with anxiety.
'I suffer severe anxiety – like really bad,' the 31 year-old told New Idea on Wednesday.

'It started when I moved to Sydney seven years ago coming from a small laid back country town. Literally within a month of living here, I was having panic attacks that were so extreme, I couldn't breathe, it was crippling.'
The make-up artist admits the anxiety got so bad, it took a toll physically.
She said: 'I started getting acne, I was getting rashes all over my body, I was so stressed.'

Turning to meditation, Lauren has learned to manage the crippling disorder.
But the blonde appears to be enduring an emotionally draining time as her turbulent marriage to Matthew Bennett hits the rocks.

'I'm so out of my depth in everything that's going on and I'm feeling completely and utterly lost. I'm trying to force something that just isn't there,' Matthew adds.

Lauren is then seen speaking to him at the dinner party and asks: 'Did you just use me to lose your virginity?'
It comes after she left Matthew speechless during Monday's episode when she revealed she 'used to be a lesbian.'
She then had Matthew lost for words once again on Tuesday when she hinted that she could be into 'swinging and threesomes.'
