The Team Omie Kalani (TOK) president Omie Kalani and his wife Pancham who is Mayor of UMC (Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation) has come up with a new idea of constructing stalls across city where a plate of food will be served for Rs 10.

Omie, who runs TOK party in city, and his wife Pancham have decided that they will construct a centre, where foods will be prepared and it will be served to stalls which will be given to mahila bachatgat who will then sell this food to common public at cost of Rs 10 each.

The Rs 10 food packet will include three puris, one full plate of vegetables, onion and pickle. Talking to TOI, Omie Kalani said, "Through these unique schemes public will get benefited and also mahila bachatgat, who works for women empowerment, will get jobs as we will give profit of Rs 2 per packet to these stall-runners".

Kalani said, as per plan, we have decided to start stalls at each main roads and major chowks so that common public, who works at shops and other places, could not go to their home for lunch or dinner on time, can have food at minimum affordable cost. TOK has planned to start this service within a week.
