The Senior National Badminton Championship has begun today in Guwahati.

The event which is being held in Guwahati after 9 years will see the participation of some of the top players including Saina Nehwal, P V Sindhu, Sameer Verma and P Kashyap among others.

The top 8 players ranked below 50 in the BWF- world rankings will directly start their games from the Pre- Quarterfinals that begin on 14th February.
