Indore: Food and drug administration department on Tuesday raided ‘prasad’ shops at Khajrana temple and collected samples of laddoos. The department officials collected samples from seven shops and sent them for testing to the laboratory. According to senior food safety officer Manish Swami, “We collect samples from Khajrana every year as we ensure people’s safety.” Food safety officer Swami said, “We also found extra colouring in some of the laddoos and warned the shopkeepers for the same. We will take action on the basis of samples report.”
