A manhunt is underway for a stalker who assaulted and terrorised women at a suburban train station.
The man, understood to have been involved in several attacks, followed his victims from Belmore Railway Station, in Sydney's south west, at the end of 2018.
Police have released several CCTV images of the man they believe could assist with their investigation.

The offending was brought to the attention of police when a 31-year-old woman was attacked on Saturday December 8 after leaving the train station at about 11pm.
She was walking along Leylands Parade, Belmore, when the man walked closely behind her.
The woman became fearful for her safety and ran away.
Two days later the same woman was attacked while walking along Leylands Parade early Monday morning.
The attacker, understood to be the same man, covered the victim's mouth and tried to drag her to a unit complex.
She was able to free herself and call for help as the man escaped the scene.

The woman reported both attacks to Campsie Police Station and an investigation was established.
Officers reviewed CCTV footage and found the man followed another woman along the same street moments before the reported attack.
The unknown woman appeared to become aware she was being followed and decided to hide in the front yard of a house.
He walked past the house before turning around and walking back to the station.

Further enquiries revealed the man was also seen preying on other women at the same train station over a two-hour period on Saturday 22 December (pictured: Belmore Railway Station)
Police wish to speak to the unknown women amid their investigation.

The man has not been seen at the train station since.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward and assist with enquiries.
