LISTEN: Eskom CFO Calib Cassim on the utility's financial woes and his sleepless nights

Calib Cassim CA(SA) was appointed Eskom CFO in November 2018 after serving as acting CFO from July 2017, following the resignation of former Eskom CFO Anoj Singh.

Cassim also serves as a director of Eskom Enterprises, Escap and Eskom Finance Company.

EE Publishers’s investigative editor and managing director, Chris Yelland caught up with Eskom’s new chief financial officer after President Cyril Ramaphosa's State of the Nation Address, to find out more about the utility’s financial position.
