70-year-old man falls while trying to board moving bus
TNN | Feb 12, 2019, 04:00 ISTSurat: A 70-year-old man’s legs was crushed under the city bus in Limbayat area on Monday morning. Officials of police said that Lotansingh Yadav, resident of Kesar Bhavani Society, Godadara, was on his way for some work when the accident took place.
At Maharana Pratap Chowk crossroad Yadav tried to board a moving bus and slipped. The back wheels of the bus ran over Yadav’s legs, police said.
As the crowd gathered, the bus driver fled the scene. Police has registered a complaint against the bus driver. “We will catch the driver and do the needful,” said an official.
