Mizoram theology students apprise their state Guv of issues

: A group of theology students from Mizoram, studying in various Christian seminaries here, Monday visited their state Rajasekharan and appraised him of various issues in the home state.

The students, B Kohmangaiha, Lalbiakhlira, Vanlalmuanawma and Vanlalliana, had a 30 minute discussion with Rajasekharan at a state run guest house, mainly on the Citizenship Bill issue, infiltration bids and exorbitant flight charges.

The students, who would return to next month after completing their studies, also said the people of were very much cooperative, sources in the Governor's office said.

Rajasekharan, who is on a week-long visit to Kerala, assured them that he would appraise the union government about their issues.

The also invited them to visit the Raj Bhavan, his official residence, they added.
