Hindi now becomes third official court language of Abu Dhabi

Hindi has been included as the third official court language of Abu Dhabi. The landmark decision to include Hindi alongside English and Arabic is part of a move designed to improve access to justice. The move will help Hindi speakers as Indian community in the UAE is around 2.6 million, 30 percent of the total population. Now Hindi speaking population can learn about litigation procedures, their rights and duties without a language barrier. Further, addition of Hindi in official language will facilitate registration procedures via unified forms available through the ADJD website.
