Taylor Swift did not leave a blank space on her calendar for Feb. 10 a.k.a. the Grammy Awards.

The pop star, 29, won’t attend the 2019 soirée on Sunday in Los Angeles, marking the second consecutive year she has chosen not to attend. The last time she was at a Grammys show was in 2016 for the 58th Annual Grammy Awards.

Instead, Swift was spotted supporting boyfriend Joe Alwyn at the BAFTA Awards afterparty in London just hours before the Grammys. British newspaper The Sun’s executive editor Dan Wootton spotted the couple at the party, where they were seen getting affectionate.

Wootton posted pictures on his Instagram showing Swift sweetly hugging Alwyn and nuzzling into his neck.

Just days before the show, Swift was spotted on a pub date in London Alwyn, 27, on Friday. The two stayed close to each other, linking arms as they walked back to the car. At one point, Swift flashed her signature grin in her boyfriend’s direction.

Sunday was also the same night as the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards (BAFTAs) at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Her boyfriend Joe Alwyn is a costar in the film The Favourite, which scored 12 nominations.

Swift earned one nomination this year for her reputation album in the best pop vocal album category.

The last time Swift attended a major awards show was when she made a surprise appearance at the Golden Globes in January to present the best song award.

The last major music awards shows she attended were the 2018 American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards. The AMAs, where she was named the most-decorated female artist in the show’s history, marked her first awards show performance in nearly three years.
