Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, Congress national president Rahul Gandhi has said that farmers of Congress ruled states have waived their own debt; the Congress has fulfilled the order of the people of the state. He was addressing the farmers’ Aabhar Sabha of Congress at Jamburi Ground in Bhopal today.
He further said that the farmers of the entire country are saying that our loan should be waived. When the big industrialists like Adani, Ambani, can get loan waiver of Rs 3.50 lakh crore, then why not farmers of the country? He said that not only the Congress of Madhya Pradesh belongs to all including farmers, women, Dalits, youths, laborers and every section of the society of the state.
He conveyed to the leaders of the Congress and said that all leaders of the Congress party know that the public is the real owner of the state. Our job is to obey their order. We do not think like people having 56-inch chest.
Referring to Rafael deal, Mr. Gandhi said that the officers of the Ministry of Defense say that Narendra Modi completed these big deals of defense without informing the ministry. It seems that the watchman is a thief.
He also said that the Prime Minister of India does not even talk about Rafael deals within Parliament for one minute. Efforts are being made to hide the truth but the people of the country have known it.
Five years ago Modi had said that the corruption will be eradicated in the country, but later they said that the country will wipe out the name of the Congress. But the Congress has recently done in three states. The government has made a reply to them.
He said that every worker of Congress is like a tiger. Congress workers have done the work of making us work in the forum and making Kamal Nath the Chief Minister with the support of the people of the state.
MP runs govt through Bureau of Citizens
Referring to the manner in which the Government of Delhi and the Government of Madhya Pradesh are working, Shri Gandhi said that the government of Delhi runs with the help of the Bureaucrats whereas the Congress government of Madhya Pradesh runs the government through Bureau of Citizens. The state’s Chief Minister and Minister’s door should always be open to the public. This region is not of anyone but every citizen.

Mr. Gandhi clarified that the loan waiver of farmers is not the first step and after that everyone wants to lay the network of food processing unit and cold storage in every village.
