Bargain-hunters across Australia dashed down to Aldi on Saturday to make the most of the discount supermarket's Special Buys camping equipment sale.
Eager customers were forced to rise early on Saturday morning to ensure they wouldn't miss out.
Long queues started forming out of the door of many stores from 9am and people could be seen jostling for some of the most sought after items.
The sale, which includes $99.99 caravan covers and portable washing machines, were tipped to spark 'mass stampedes'.

After bracing lengthy queues, shoppers armed themselves with trolleys to grab the caravan covers, portable solar panels, roof racks and portable BBQ's.
The sale was a matter of first-in-first-served as the items were predicted to sell out early on in the day.
'Just told all the grey boomers are leaving Aldi empty handed and in disgust as all the cheap caravan covers sold out,' one person tweeted.
One shopper shared an image of the crowds on Instagram and wrote: 'Caravan day at Aldi Grafton. It's absolutely packed and yet they've not opened every register.'
The bargain caravan covers are described as 'lightweight and easy to fit', as well as being made from 'moisture resistant fabric won't shrink or stretch'.

Special Buys are limited offers on anything from clothing to furniture and are released twice a week - on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
'Stocks are limited, so to ensure you don't miss out, we recommend visiting Aldi as early as possible when new Special Buys go on sale,' the Aldi website says.
