New Delhi: Saudi Prince, Mohammad Bin Salman Al Saud is all set to visit India with his delegation of ministers and senior officials, on February 19. During the visit the Prince will inaugurate the new embassy complex in New Delhi, and also further strengthen India-Saudi energy cooperation besides emphasizing enhancement of ties across several areas, including IT, health and tourism.

Saudi Arabia is not only a major energy security provider for India but it is also India’s fourth largest trade partner (after China, US and Japan).

In 2017-18, India-Saudi bilateral trade increased by 9.56 % to $27.48 billion.

Israeli PM, Benjamin Netanyahu is also slated to visit India this month, however, India and Israel have not yet been able to find a mutually convenient date for his visit even though the Indian government wishes to host him.
