XLRI achieves 100% placement
TNN | Feb 9, 2019, 19:49 ISTJamshedpur: The XLRI-Xavier School of Management has achieved 100 % placement for the batch of 2017-19 of its flagship Postgraduate Diploma in Management-HRM and BM with all 358 candidates securing offers through the final recruitment process in two days. The process saw participation of 104 recruiters with 362 domestic and international offers. The median salary offered to the batch is Rs 21 lakh per annum whereas the average salary is Rs 22.35 lakh per annum. The average salary has gone up this time from Rs 20.1 lakh per annum of 2018. The highest offer stood at Rs 50 lakh per annum from the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector . The Boston Consulting Group made the highest number of offers among the regular recruiters.
