Digital classroom on wheels to drive education in remote Kashi

Varanasi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday flagged off a fully equipped digital bus for imparting computer education to students in rural areas. The bus is equipped with audio-visual and animation facilities and will be operated by Seva Bharati Samiti.
General secretary of the Samiti, Vaibhav Kapoor, said the mobile digital classroom will provide digital material of all courses from class I to XII in Hindi and English medium free of cost. The arrangement has been made for the students of weaker sections of the society.
The CM was on a two-day visit to the city to review the projects to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his proposed visit to the city on February 19. After holding meeting with the officials, Yogi also inspected Kashi Vishwanath corridor, city command control centre, and cancer hospital on BHU campus on Friday night.
