CSJMU annual exams from Feb 26
tnn | Feb 10, 2019, 05:00 ISTKanpur: The annual examinations of CSJM University will commence from February 26. This will be for the first time that the annual exams of the university will start in the month of February becaise of Lok Sabha elections.
This year 10.5 lakh students from ,1100 colleges are expected to write the exams. Out of 10.5 lakh students, 55% will be girl examinees, and this will also for the first time that girl students are more than the boys. Preparations are in fill swing for conducting the exam peacefully. The exams will held in 11 districts of the state including Lakhimpuri Kheri, Sitapur, Rae Bareli, Unnao, Hardoi, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Etawah, Auraiya, Kanpur city and Kanpur Dehat, said a source in the university. CCTV cameras would be installed at the exam centres to keep a watch on the students. Flying squads would conduct raids during the exam to ensure fair exams, the source added.
